Dandelion bitter is tooth-shaped green leaves sprout from a central hollow stem. Dandelion bitter is nutty, earthy, and quite bitter in taste as the name suggested. They can be sautéed or braised, just like other greens. Remember to blanch dandelion greens to remove some of their bitterness before other applications.

In the event that your item is out of stock, we will substitute with an equal or greater value item. We may reach out to you if we have questions.
