Returns & Exchange Policy
Please inspect products at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. Arrangements will be made for pickup or credit as seen fit by the Purvey’d team.
Products must be kept in original packaging and be appropriately refrigerated in order to receive credits on a valid return. Purvey’d reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a credit/return if the product is not in the same condition as it was during the time of delivery.
Exchanges for an identical item during pick up can be immediately accommodated pending availability of that item.
Exchanges on deliveries cannot be accommodated and should be treated as a return. Please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.
Purvey’d Corp. reserves the right to refuse service and/or disable access to any portion of Purvey’d Corp. service at any time for any reason without notice to you.
